This letter is a few months overdue, but I wanted to make sure I wrote you about how much we enjoy our new home.

When we decided to build a house I had many concerns about who our builder would be and where we would build. I am a Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and have worked with hundreds of people who have built homes. As you can imagine, I have encountered many people who have had a less than enjoyable experience with their builder. I wanted to make sure that we contracted with someone that I could trust, and make the process an enjoyable and fun experience.

The quality of the construction and uniqueness of our home were a top priority for us. We wanted to build a home that would represent us and not be a cookie cutter design that looks like every fifth house in our subdivision. Items that are standard with Groeneweg are usually upgrades with other builders. Steve and Tom took the time to listen to what we wanted.

As with any new construction, we had some major and minor changes throughout the project. When we had these changes, the change orders with the cost were detailed and sent to us in a very efficient manner.

Even today, 4 months after we closed, Tom has always been available to us when we have had questions. This is something that I can say, from my business experience, does not happen with every builder!

We are extremely happy with our home, and would highly recommend using Steve and Tom to my friends, family, and customers who want to build a home.
